Children’s Specialized ABA in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Center Administrator to oversee daily clinic operations, coach staff, and maintain a positive work environment. This full-time, on-site role requires a High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), administrative/ABA clinic experience, and at least 2 years of leadership.

The compensation range is $60,000–$68,000 per year with bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, EAP,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in an ABA clinic.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Reliability and ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the ABA clinic.
• Lead, supervise, and coach staff.
• Coordinate with intake regarding capacity.
• Onboard new hires and train staff.
• Address staff and family concerns.
• Coordinate related services (Speech and OT).
• Guide tours for families and explain program benefits.
• Manage schedule, call outs, and substitutes.
• Minimize clients sent home due to staffing shortages.
• Approve PTO and enforce company policies.
• Communicate with parents and staff; gather feedback.
• Support employee retention programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
