Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations for children during critical developmental years. You will mentor BCBAs and behavior technicians, shape evidence‑based programming, and align services with the Regional Clinical Director’s guidance.

You will oversee program fidelity, supervise staff, and collaborate closely with families and professionals to ensure individualized care plans and high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience including staff supervision.
• BACB supervision training completed.
• Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children (e.g., lifting up to 40 lbs).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: oversee ABA programming fidelity across the center.
• Review and analyze clinical data to drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs with observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Onboard and develop all new clinical team members.
• Collaborate with Center Administrator on daily operations.
• Provide regular supervision to RBTs and BCBAs.
• Lead monthly BCBA meetings and foster learning.
• Ensure BACB supervision and ethical standards are met.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to create care plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care.
