Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC Morristown Center in Morristown, NJ seeks an RBT or BT to work in a center-based program supporting children with autism. You will provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans and data collection.

Hours are Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm with certification support, paid training, and opportunities for growth including BCBA supervision and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children required.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Active RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data, document sessions, and communicate observations to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, and team members to support high-quality care.
• Follow clinical protocols and maintain a safe, engaging environment for every child.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards.
