Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations within our Morristown, NJ center. You will mentor BCBAs and behavior technicians, shape evidence-based programming, and collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director to ensure high-quality services for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and NJ LBA licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience with staff supervision.
• Completion of BACB supervision training.
• Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee ABA programming across the center.
• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs; provide coaching and feedback.
• Lead monthly BCBA meetings and uphold BACB standards.
• Collaborate with Center Administrator on daily operations.
• Engage families and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
