Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking dedicated Case Managers to support ABA therapy services. You will work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans, conduct parent sessions, and supervise RBTs, while collecting data and ensuring high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or enrollment in an ABA graduate program is required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and work in varied postures for extended periods.
• Ability to pass TB test results and FBI/DOJ fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Support BCBAs with case oversight and treatment plan implementation.
• Conduct parent consultation sessions.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field.
• Support accurate data collection, documentation, and graphing.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and professionals for coordinated care.
• Implement creative, evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Motivate staff to learn more about behavior analysis.
