Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or enrollment in an ABA graduate program (minimum 12 graduate units).
• Ability to provide negative TB test results.
• Ability to pass FBI and DOJ fingerprinting requirements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support BCBAs with case management, case oversight, and implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct parent consultation sessions and support caregiver involvement in treatment.
• Train, guide, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Maintain data collection, session notes, documentation, and graphs.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, caregivers, and other professionals to promote coordinated care.
• Implement creative, evidence-based teaching strategies to support client progress.
• Encourage staff participation, professional growth, and continued learning in behavior analysis.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving in challenging situations.
