Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services seeks dedicated Case Manager to support BCBAs by implementing behavioral health treatments and coordinating care for clients. You will train and supervise RBTs, maintain accurate data and session notes, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure quality, individualized ABA services.

This role offers growth toward BCBA trajectories, mentorship from BCBAs, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field or enrollment in a graduate program (minimum 12 graduate ABA units)
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle and transportation to work

Responsibilities

• Implement medically necessary behavioral health treatments under BCBAs supervision
• Facilitate parent consultation sessions
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field
• Maintain accurate data collection, session notes, and graphs during sessions
• Collaborate with families and professionals to promote coordinated care
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
