Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking dedicated Case Managers to support ABA therapy services in California. You will collaborate with BCBAs, deliver medically necessary behavioral health treatment, and help families through data-driven coaching.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or enrollment in an ABA program.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to transport to and from client sites independently (no rideshare reliance).

Responsibilities

• Support BCBAs with case oversight and implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct parent consultation sessions.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field.
• Assist with data collection, session documentation, and graphing; maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with families and staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Assist in applying research-based teaching strategies.
