Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services provides comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed around each client's individual needs. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for Case Management of ABA therapy services, with compensation ranging from $25 to $35 per hour.

As a Case Manager, you will provide essential support to BCBAs by implementing medically necessary behavioral health treatments and facilitating parent consultation sessions. Your responsibilities include assisting with case management, training and supervising RBTs in the field, and maintaining accurate data collection, session notes, and graphs during sessions. You'll work alongside staff, parents, and other professionals to promote coordinated care while utilizing creative, research-based teaching strategies. Additionally, you'll encourage staff to participate in and develop their knowledge of behavior analysis, helping foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
