Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services in Orange County, CA is seeking dedicated Case Managers to support ABA therapy services under BCBAs, focusing on client progress and family collaboration. The role offers supervision hours, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development.

You will work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans, train RBTs, collect data, and ensure high-quality care. A master's degree or enrollment in ABA program is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or enrollment in a graduate program with a minimum of 12 graduate semester units in an ABA program.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI and DOJ fingerprinting requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support BCBAs with case management, case oversight, and implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct parent consultation sessions and support caregiver involvement in treatment.
• Train, guide, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the field.
• Maintain accurate data collection, session notes, documentation, and graphs.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, caregivers, and other professionals to promote coordinated care.
• Implement creative, evidence-based teaching strategies to support client progress.
• Encourage staff participation, professional growth, and continued learning in behavior analysis.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving when navigating challenging client, family, or staff situations.
