Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a Case Manager in Irvine, CA to support BCBAs by implementing behavioral health treatments and guiding parent consultations. You will train and supervise RBTs, maintain accurate data and session notes, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure coordinated care.

A Master’s degree or ABA graduate study is required, with telehealth as applicable. The role offers opportunities for professional development, supervision hours, travel time

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Master's Degree or enrollment in ABA graduate program (min 12 units).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to BCBAs by implementing behavioral health treatments.
• Train and supervise RBTs and maintain data, session notes, and graphs.
• Promote coordinated care with staff, parents and other professionals.
