Job summary

Positive-Behavior-Steps seeks an ABA Case Manager to support clients in-home, in-schools, and in community settings across Los Angeles County with occasional time at the San Dimas clinic. The role is traveling and involves supervision of BTs/RBTs and collaboration with a clinical team.

The position welcomes BCaBA or Master’s candidates, with 2+ years of ABA experience preferred, and offers a pathway toward BCBA advancement, mentorship, and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Master's degree in ABA or related field or be enrolled in a Master’s program.
• BCaBA certification or pursuing BCBA is preferred.
• 2+ years of ABA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support BTs/RBTs.
• Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.).
• Develop and update treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and analyze data.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Collaborate with clinical team.
