Job summary

Behavioral Health Works seeks a part-time ABA Case Supervisor to oversee therapy delivery, supervise RBTs, review data, and adjust programs under clinical direction. You will also provide parent training and education, ensuring high-quality services across client settings.

The role supports field visits and collaboration with a clinical director, with opportunities for BCBA supervision hours and ongoing professional development. Must have a Master's in ABA and progress toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Pursuing BCBA certification with progress toward BACB eligibility.
• Two years of ABA or related field experience; behavior modification experience is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo criminal background clearance.
• Provide TB test proof, pre-employment physical, immunities for MMR/Varicella-Zoster.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Behavior Technicians/RBTs to ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Conduct regular observations in-person or via telehealth.
• Analyze data and modify interventions as needed.
• Provide parent/caregiver training for consistency across environments.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and regulatory guidelines.
