Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in California is seeking an ABA Case Supervisor to oversee therapy delivery for children and adolescents with ASD. You will supervise technicians, review data, adjust treatment plans, and provide parent training under the Clinical Director’s guidance.

The role offers flexible schedules, travel between client homes, RBT training, and the potential to earn BCBA supervision hours. Both part-time and full-time roles are available with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Active progress toward BCBA eligibility.
• Minimum of two years of ABA experience.
• Criminal background clearance required.
• TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster Virus required (onboarding paid).
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Behavior Technicians/RBTs to ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
• Conduct regular observations (in-person or telehealth) of sessions.
• Analyze data to assess intervention effectiveness and modify programs accordingly.
• Provide parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and other regulations.

Education

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field
