Job summary

Strides Therapeutic Services in Vancouver, WA is seeking energetic Behavior Therapists to deliver ABA services to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help clients develop new skills in a supportive clinical setting.

The role involves data collection, detailed notes, collaboration with a clinical team and caregivers, and maintaining a structured, engaging therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and clinical instructions.
• Comfort with collecting and documenting behavioral data.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team and follow supervisory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children and adolescents with ASD.
• Implement written treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data to measure client progress.
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors, fellow therapists, and client caregivers.
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and structured therapy environment.
