Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks experienced Behavioral Therapists to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in homes and centers. You will follow behavior support plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to track progress, while benefiting from weekly supervision and a supportive clinical team.

We offer structured onboarding, shadowing, and clear session protocols to ensure confidence before independent work.

Qualifications

• 3+ months ABA experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• RBT certification a plus
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play
• Reliability and positive attitude for child success
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans
• Participate in regular supervision meetings and case reviews with BCBA
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with the clinical team
