Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Milford, MA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT). You will work Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM with potential Saturdays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM to support ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification, with a starting BT rate of $21.25 per hour and RBT at $23.50 per hour. Final compensation is based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues according to client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect, organize, and document session data.
