Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Milford, MA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. The BT role starts at $21.25 per hour with potential progression as you train and grow within the program.

RBT certification is supported, with paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. Availability Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays is required, and a high school diploma is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress & maintain quality by documenting session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
