ABA Centers of America is hiring for Behavior Technician (BT) – Part-Time in Springfield, MA. Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement, including ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for the RBT exam. Availability Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; potential Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1+ year experience with children/healthcare/related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
