Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) or RBT to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and other venues under BCBA supervision. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement through the ABA Academy of Excellence.

Required availability Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM with potential Saturdays; starting pay rates of $24.60 per hour for RBT or $22.25 per hour for BT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
