Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) in Braintree, MA to deliver ABA therapy in various settings under supervision. The role includes teaching essential skills, collecting session data, and collaborating with BCBAs and families.

Training, mentorship, and a pathway to RBT certification are provided. Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BT and $24.60/hour for RBT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• Must be available Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM, with potential Saturdays.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed; teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision; track progress and document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
