Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA is hiring Behavior Technician roles (BT and RBT). The position offers full-time hours with afternoon/evening shifts Monday–Friday and potential weekend coverage, with starting pay rates of $24.60/hr for RBT and $22.25/hr for BT.

You will deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics, teach communication and daily living skills, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, track progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality, collect, organize, and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families and participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
