Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Chelmsford, MA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical demands may include long periods of standing, sitting, lifting and engaging with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children to carry out individualized treatment plans.
