Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Toms River, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy one-on-one with children under supervision.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans as prescribed.
• Engage with children on the floor or standing as needed.
