Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in East Brunswick, NJ. The role involves delivering direct ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision, implementing individualized plans, and supporting children's progress on a one-to-one basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Engage with children on the floor or seated, supporting routines and activities.
