Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This center-based role offers multiple schedules and the chance to work with children using individualized treatment plans.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience is preferred. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Job may involve standing, lifting, bending and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy one-on-one with children under supervision.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans as part of a BCBA-guided team.
• Support center-based ABA programming across various schedules.
