Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians to support children, adolescents, and adults with autism and developmental disabilities through ABA, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff in homes, schools, and clinics. Paid training, ongoing supervision, and a flexible schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to receive coaching and feedback.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Help individuals increase independence and improve quality of life.
