Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community settings. You will work with children to build communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills under supervision while pursuing RBT certification.

You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and supervision to help you complete the BACB RBT requirements within 60 days of hire, with multiple pathways to grow into advanced roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Commitment to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clinic, home, school, or community settings
• Use engaging, age-appropriate activities to support skill development
• Encourage positive behaviors through reinforcement and consistency
• Collect session data and complete simple documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with your care team
• Participate in required training, supervision, and feedback
