Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in North Carolina is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with autistic children across clinic, home, and community settings. You will support communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills while following a BACB-aligned treatment plan and receiving coaching toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire.
• Able to work one-on-one with children for multiple hours daily.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Use engaging activities to support skill development.
• Encourage positive behaviors through reinforcement and consistency.
• Collect session data and complete simple documentation.
• Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with your care team.
• Participate in required training, supervision, and feedback.
