Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies provides ABA therapy to autistic children and those with developmental delays, delivering individualized therapy and family collaboration. This role targets individuals early in their ABA career and supports earning the RBT certification with structured training.

You will conduct one-on-one sessions, follow a tailored treatment plan, and receive ongoing coaching toward RBT certification, with teaching across clinic, home, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Commitment to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• TB test within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass background checks and abuse registry checks.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Use engaging activities to support skill development.
• Encourage positive behaviors through reinforcement and consistency.
• Collect session data and complete simple documentation.
• Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with the care team.
• Participate in required training, supervision, and feedback.
