Job summary

You will engage in structured training toward RBT certification, with ongoing coaching and opportunities for career progression within ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
• TB test within the past 12 months and background checks clear.
• Reliable transportation to assigned sites.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Use engaging activities to support skill development.
• Encourage positive behaviors with reinforcement and consistency.
• Collect session data and document simply.
• Communicate with families and collaborate with care team.
