Step Up Family Services is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA services under a BCBA. Services may occur at home, in the community, or at centers, aligned with each client's plan.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families and clinicians. The role supports development across communication, social, and adaptive skills, with supervision, ongoing training, and opportunities toward RBT certification.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; related college education preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct, individualized 1:1 ABA services under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as per BSP.
• Support goals across communication, social, adaptive, academic, and developmental skills.
• Collect and document client data, progress, observations, and session notes.
