Proficio Therapy Services seeks an enthusiastic Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinicians to build adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and work with a team.
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in clinic, home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment and skill-building programs created by BCBA or supervisor.
• Use positive behavior interventions to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Accurately collect data and document services via session notes.
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members; participate in ongoing training.
• Support with administrative tasks during client cancellations as needed.
