Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families under the supervision of a BCBA. Services may be delivered in homes, communities, or centers.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support clients' goals and progress while upholding safety and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related college education preferred.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities or ABA is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to follow individualized treatment plans and clinical direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as per BSP.
• Support goals in communication, social, adaptive, academic, and other developmental skills.
• Accurately document data, progress, observations, and session notes in required systems.
• Monitor responses to interventions and report progress or safety concerns to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team while maintaining professional boundaries.
