Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.

• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
