Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 ABA therapy in homes. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You will provide direct ABA therapy, collect data on treatment goals, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Passion for helping children and families.
