Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home settings. You will collect data, implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, and share progress with families.

Ideal candidates have an Active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Flexible hours include after-school and weekend opportunities to support families and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.

Education
