Job summary

Links ABA Therapy seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism on a part-time basis. You will work 1:1 with clients, help them build communication, social, and independence skills, and receive hands-on training and mentorship.

You will collect data, work with a supervising BCBA to implement plans, and share progress updates with families. Flexible afternoons/evenings and after-school availability help fit busy schedules; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Experience working with children and families preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home.
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families with strategies and progress updates.
