Caravel Autism Health in Peoria, IL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician 1 (RBT 1) to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision, collect data, and support clients toward treatment goals. You will document sessions, engage clients positively, and work closely with BCBA or senior RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Certification and CORES competency assessments.
• 0-6 months experience in ABA/behavior programming.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision from BCBA or senior RBT.
• Accurately collect data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Assist in assessments through observations and data collection.
• Follow established treatment plans to promote skill development and behavior change.
• Maintain organized session notes and progress records; document within 24 hours.
• Engage with clients in a positive, supportive manner to build rapport.
• Respond to safety concerns per established protocols.
• Communicate progress and updates with the BCBA or senior RBT.
• Attend required training sessions to maintain certification.
• Deliver treatment to clients for 90% of hours worked.
