Responsabilités

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Accurately collect data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Assist in assessments and information gathering.
• Follow treatment plans to promote skill development.
• Maintain organized session notes and progress records.
• Engage with clients in a positive, supportive manner.
• Respond to safety concerns using established protocols.
• Communicate progress with the BCBA or senior RBT.
• Deliver treatment to clients 90% of hours worked.
