Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience working with autism/developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teachers to ensure quality care.
