Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Princeton, NJ is hiring RBTs and BTs to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will help individuals develop communication, social, and daily living skills under the supervision of BCBAs.

We offer flexible scheduling, certification support, and opportunities for growth. Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour based on experience, location, and certification; tuition discounts and BCBA supervision are also provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• Experience working with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teachers to provide high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and professional development.
