Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians/Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings in Passaic County, NJ. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
• Compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community environments.
• Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards.
