Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking an RBT/Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA guidance, helping individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and previous experience working with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
