Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking an RBT or Behavior Technician in Warren County, NJ to deliver high-quality ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work under a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of ABA and experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
RBT certification required within first 4 months of employment (if BT, or already RBT)
Background checks and health screenings required.
Able to lift 40–50 lbs. and have reliable transportation for travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction using evidence-based strategies.
Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
Collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teachers to ensure consistent care.
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
