Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Morristown, NJ seeks compassionate RBTs/BTs to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience working with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
