Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, in clients' homes, schools, and clinics. You’ll help children and individuals develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children in professional, educational, caregiving, or similar setting.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability for at least 15 hours/week, mainly afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance proof.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Provide services in homes, schools, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
