Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (ABA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will work under supervision to help clients improve communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear Milestone Moments path for career growth, with flexible afternoon/evening schedules and potential BCBA supervision hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in professional/educational settings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available for at least 15 hours per week, afternoons/evenings.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using ABA strategies and positive behavior support.
• Collect session data and document client progress.
• Deliver services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
