Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. The role offers paid training, flexible afternoon and evening hours, and opportunities for career growth under BCBA supervision.

Earn $21.00–$25.00 per hour for direct client services, with a part-time schedule typically in the afternoon and evening. Training is provided, and RBT certification support is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar setting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to commit to a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans using ABA strategies and collect session data.
• Document progress accurately and timely.
• Provide services in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors and families to support progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
