Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and teammates to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Work occurs in client homes, schools, and centers with shifts that may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
18 years or older is required.
Background check and TB test are required.
Reliable transportation and availability for sessions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with children or ABA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
Provide direct ABA therapy in the home, center, school, or community settings.
Collect accurate and timely data on client progress and behaviors.
Maintain professional, supportive communication with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
Follow company protocols to ensure client safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Adapt to different environments and demonstrate flexibility in supporting client needs.
Assist with generalization of skills across settings, people, and situations.
